This tool allows professionals to collaborate in gathering information to complete the Graded Care Profile 2 (GCP2) assessment. GCP2 is an assessment tool which helps professionals measure the quality of care being given to a child, and helps them to spot anything that's putting that child at risk of harm.
This database will no longer be in operation from 1st September 2023.
